Regarding: 2008 Summer Tournament
The ZBL is pleased to
announce that we will hold our
first ever Summer Tournament this season.
Here are the details of this tournament:
Dates:
August 16th, 17th, 23rd and
24th
Format:
8 team tournament (randomly
divided into two divisions of four teams each)
Each teams plays 3
preliminary games (August 16th and 17th)
Top two teams from each
division enter into single elimination playoff (August 23rd and 24th)
Remaining teams enter
consolation bracket (August 23rd and 24th)
Game Locations:
Silverado and Paul Meyer
(preliminary games)
LVHS (playoffs)
Championship Award:
Trophy and $500 discount to
fall season (cash award available in lieu of discount)
Entry Fee: $325 per
team (umpire fees of $60 per game not included)
Baseballs, insurance, field permits, and trophies
are included in the registration fee.
