Guys, I'm pretty sure we went over this at the managers meeting (Canes, I think you had to go back to work), I also thought I sent out an email, AND I'm 100% sure I discussed during the first Baseball Show video podcast...

Top 3 teams from each division make the playoffs... It's #3 vs #2 (division winner earns a bye), with the winners facing the #1 seed, then the division champions square off in the final.... hope this helps.

It was a good time definitely. But I'd like to see how the playoffs are going to work out. We're at the half way point, it's probably time to get that up on the website

I wasn't there at the All Star Game, but it definitely sounds like it was a success. Good to read that the players had a good time, and took it for what it was--a chance to hang out and play against some of the league's best players--WITHOUT any drama.

Now that the All Star Game will decide home field advantage, will the playoff teams be determined by the top four teams in each division? Or will there be a seeding system used, and the top 8 teams REGARDLESS of division going to the playoffs instead?

(I'm thinking that since the All Star winner gets home field advantage, the former system would be used, with #1 playing #4, and #2 playing #3 in each division; the remaining Div I team would then play the remaining Div II team in the championship--with the Div I team being the home team for 2 of the 3 games). I could be wrong, of course!
